There are even possibilities for getting a job in a catering establishment while you undertake your training, so choose carefully.
Hospitality chefs will need to develop a variety of experience, as they will have to prepare many different types of dish depending on the environment and the type of people you are catering for. If you are seriously ambitious and have the basic training under your belt, it worth thinking about trying out several different types of position on a short term basis.
